New Member (MD)

$250 for the first year then $450/year

Regular MD members are those who are actively practicing.

New Member (DO)

$250 for the first year then $260/year

Regular DO members are those who are actively practicing. Based on membership in the Maine Osteopathic Association, the MMA allows a reduced membership rate.

Part-Time Member

$260/year

Part-time members are those who work 20 hours or less weekly.

Federal and State Government Employed

$250/year

For any MD or DO employed by the federal or state government, the MMA offers a reduced membership rate.

Senior/Retired

Exempt from Dues

Senior members are those who have retired from active practice. They are exempt from membership dues but retain all membership rights and privileges.

Residents

Exempt from Dues

Resident members are those who are currently enrolled in a residency program. They are exempt from membership dues. If interested, the MMA will subsidize enrollment in the AMA for 1-3 years.

Students

Exempt from Dues

Student members are those who are actively enrolled in a medical school. They are exempt from membership dues. If interested, the MMA will subsidize enrollment in the AMA for 4 years.

Groups (Hospitals/Practices)*

The MMA offers group membership rates for groups of 5 or more employed physicians.
